Throughout making this panel, I had a hard time maintaining responsiveness because I mistakenly put col-1 and col-2 in my class sections for my grid. I added them in the first place to try to edit them in the stylesheet, and I spent a long time searching for a way to fix the issue. However, once I had fixed this issue, it went smoothly. I feel most proud of my overall formatting, as it is a solid foundation for my next panels, but I am also proud of the small dots in the history timeline, as I had a difficult time maneuvering them, but through some online guides, I eventually figured it out. In the future, I would like to be better at keeping a close eye on my columns and rows to avoid more road bumps.
I had a lot of fun making this section of the website because the template was cool, but it also felt much easier to maneuver and bend to my will, rather than building from scratch. I was about to add or remove various elements to better fit my website. The thing I am most proud of, by far, is the gallery section with multiple carousels, as I feel it represents a great evolution from my panel 1. While the filtering was difficult to figure out, once I did it worked fantastically and added so much to the project and the gallery section. Additionally, while working on this section, I was encouraged to go back and touch up certain areas of Panel 1 as I took inspiration for things like the history section from here.
This is where I admittedly struggled a bit more, as I had a hard time navigating the main CSS from the template. I think this is where I want to improve over time. However, despite this, I think the final product does a really good job of combining the style of my panel one with the function and layout of my panel two in such a cool way. After taking the time to delve deeper into CSS, it began to flow a little more simply, and while I think there are ways to optimize, I am proud of the final outcome. I also really liked bending certain aspects of the template to be closer to my first panel, like the resume section, which I turned into a timeline via its styling, or the mediums section, which, while not an accordion, follows the same thought process while being a lot more visual.
